6.4.1.13. Restrictions: It is prohibited:
(a)  to use in the preparation or preservation of meat or meat products, antiseptics or substances harmful or dangerous to health;
(b)  to use spoilt or contaminated fluids for curing;
(c)  to add blood or any additive to minced meat;
(d)  to add pork meat to minced beef or veal.
